Xin & Kainan are both from China, but they met at the University of Utah while both studying chemistry. The wedding ceremony was held at the Ogden Marriott, followed by a nice reception & dinner. Congrats Xin & Kainan.

Monica & Michael were the perfect wedding planners. The gentle spring sun was perfect for shooting at the temple, and then they planned for an indoor reception on the evening that happened to feature the last snowfall of the year. Springtime snowfall makes for great pictures.

I’ve known Misti & Brad for a few months now and their wedding finally arrived on this chilly February day. The wedding ceremony took place at the Salt Lake LDS Temple followed by an evening reception at the beautiful Red Butte Gardens Orangerie at the University of Utah. Kiersten & Tyler were married last week on a crisp fall day at the Draper Utah LDS Temple. The reception was held in a cozy barn in Alpine. What a fun day, thanks everybody for putting up with me. Next week will be a little warmer for me as I’m shooting a wedding in Arizona. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!

Willow Creek Country Club in Sandy has to be one of the most picturesque wedding venues in Utah. Matt & Amanda picked the perfect fall day to match the beautiful location. Everything was perfect from beginning to end–ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. I had a hard time narrowing down my favorites for this one.
