So for the second year in a row I shot a wedding on my birthday, and what a better place to do it at the top of Snowbasin Resort with Liz & Trace. We enjoyed perfect weather, beautiful scenery, good food, & great people. Here are a few photos I liked:

Erica & Matt were married June 20th at the Salt Lake Temple, followed by a reception in Centerville. After weeks and weeks of dry weather, Mother Nature decided to change her tune on June 20th. There was a slight drizzle by the time Erica & Matt came out of the temple, and by the time of the reception it was an absolute downpour. They were both troopers though and had the best attitude and decided to stick with the outdoor reception since everything was already set up–tents, music, flowers, tables, food, etc. Fortunately about an hour into the reception the sun started shining through and it ended up being a perfect night. I recently met up again with Matt & Erica for a groomal (bride + groom) session at the Salt Lake Temple. A lot of people are choosing to do groomals nowadays. I’m all for it because it takes some stress off the wedding day and makes sure we end up with awesome shots just in the off-chance of inclement weather on the wedding day. The SL Temple looks so awesome at night when the sun is setting and they turn the lights on. Here are a few that I liked:
